The RENAISSANCE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (RAID) platform is aimed at mitigating challenges faced by small scale farmers through Sustainable Practices that would lead to;

• Increased agricultural productivity.
• Reduced food insecurity.
• Increased incomes for small-scale farmers.
• Create jobs.
• Improved livelihoods for small-scale farmers.
• Improved availability of food supply to address deficits of food supply in the country and maybe beyond to the Central African sub region
• Improve environmental quality i.e. pesticides, chemicals e.t.c.

This platform therefore serves as a coordination unit for agricultural stake holders and farmers groups/hubs across the country, a new approach to enhance productivity, improve income and livelihoods, sustainability and foster resilience in small scale farming thus addressing the problem of food insecurity in Cameroon.
